Julie-Ann used to be a full-time server at a pub in Whistler with a $5 menu. She still works there now, only occasionally, but back in her full time days she got really pissed with a customer because he only ordered water with a lemon with his $5 burger.
She let the customer know what was on her mind, but, more importantly, she realized that she couldn’t do this for the rest of her life. It was this realization -that she needed to so something that she loved and was passionate about – that got it all started for her.
