In July of 2010 Steph Jagger departed on a trip she called The Vertical Feat. For 10 months she followed winter around the globe, and wound up skiing over 4.1 million vertical feet – breaking a world record for the most vertical feet in one year.

In retrospect, that is almost the equivalent to going down Everest from tip to base 142 times!! A memoir about her adventure is due out in 2016.

Her talk tonight will be focused on starting lines, rather than finish lines, as she explores how we hear and interpret our own Calls to Adventure.
